About MRI

The UiTM Microwave Research Institute is a Centre of Excellence established by the university, to spearhead research and consultancy in areas related to high frequency engineering, microwave and wireless technology. The centre started out as a research group in 1987 and has since grown into a nationally well-known research centre undertaking various projects which are multi-disciplinary in nature but related to microwaves.

MRI currently has one of the most extensive microwave facilities in the country. We offer complete microwave and radio-frequency sub-system design solutions from circuit simulation to fabrication and testing. We offer professional services & consultancy for the following areas:
